I have got to say, the guys kenway used to do our move were fantastic! Beth, the sales person made it sound like it would be a great experience and I know there’s the sales explanation and then theres reality. The 2 do not always go together. But in this instance, the guys were spot on with what Beth explained it would be. They were prompt, courteous the entire time, friendly and very careful. From start to finish they were great. They broke nothing. They wrapped everything, careful to not even bump walls. They may not be Kenway employees but they represented Kenway very well. I’m Leary of contractors due to my work locale, but these guys killed it. My sisters will be moving in a few months and they will be using these guys. I can’t say enough about these 3. Best movers I’ve ever seen. We were moving my folks down here due to their age and mom was a nervous wreck. So a big thank you to Kenway for using the guys.

I used Kenway Moving to move my small office. I understood that there was a 2 hour minimum (they were running a special) and got a quote of $426 It took under an hour to load and unload my furniture.

When the 2 movers were leaving they checked in the owner and they told me I would receive an invoice with the final cost. I never received an invoice but when I checked my credit card account, I was charged $494.80. I left voicemail messages with the business line and the owner's cell, I sent texts ans emails asking for an itemized receipt. They will not respond.

I DO NOT recommend this company because they are shady. I gave them 2 stars because the movers did a a good job.

Can we moving was there for us when we needed it the most. Naturally we were extremely stressed out when we found our homes sold after only two weeks on the market. We had a lot of stuff to move after 20 years of being at our former address. We decided we need to contact a professional mover immediately. Fortunately, we made the right choice with phoning Kenway Moving. They immediately simplified things by sending out a rep. Then shortly after followed up with a call from the office reiterating everything.

Efficient and professional was the best way to sum up our experience with Kenway Moving. A1!!

Tried to charge us for 5 1/2 hrs when it only took a little over 3 hrs! We put a $100.00 deposit down and signed a contract to pay the rest in CA$H to save CREDIT CARD FEES. They took our CA$H AND CHARGED OUR CARD meaning we were DOUBLE CHARGED! Called Company numerous times and got NO ANSWER regarding the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! and DOUBLE PAYMENT! Plus, there was BEER in their truck and one guy kept taking PERSONAL PHONE CALLS while on OUR DIME! And, they DAMAGED my FRONT PORCH RAILING, STEPS, PORCH, (2) BEDROOM DOORWAYS and put a DENT in one of our WALLS! How anybody could recommend them is beyond us?! Perhaps the POSITIVE REVIEWS are not actually from REAL CUSTOMERS? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like OVERPAYING and DAMAGES with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are the WORST! We give them a NO STAR REVIEW!

Very impressed with the work of these fine men. They had no easy task either. At time of scheduling I had spoke to Jamie regarding our upcoming services.

Upon speaking with Jamie in the office, she had sent out an estimator to the address of point A. There I met with Kurt whom was focused on what pieces were of serious importance to us. I specified I have 3 ship models that are a must to see they arrive safely, in conjunction with the rest of the home of course.

After a long discussion, we determined four men and two trucks would be most suitable. That it was. Our move concluded in a portion of the time we had allotted for. It went quick and made the day a lot easier on us all.

Best part of all, our ship models arrived safely!

After interviewing a number of companies, Kenway Moving was by far the best option we could have selected when looking for a moving company.

The scheduling assistant was helpful and friendly. Many promises were made, and almost all were kept.

We had about 2 bedrooms that were not packed. Chris and Charlie had packing supplies on board and took care of the last bit for us.

Lastly, all pieces were protected prior to handling. From previous experience, this makes a difference. Will call again!

These men literally kept working throughout incredibly difficult weather. We had an awful storm. I figured they would need to reschedule the move as a result.

Sure enough they phoned the day before to assure me they would be there. Next morning they were on site sharp. I don't think the snow even delayed them any. It was a difficult day, but they made it look easy. Literally nothing stopped this team. And despite the bad weather, they pulled off the move like it was a perfect summer day. Thanks John and Aaron, you guys made my Christmas.

We had a four bedroom home we needed moved from New Albany to Richmond. Kenway Moving and team made it absolutely simple on us. We had ALOT of stuff, so naturally we were nervous going into moving day. But they gave us a very assuring feeling upon arrival.

Once they got to rocking, almost all was padded and wrapped including doorways and the stair banister which was a nice touch. The men did not take many breaks throughout the day. What was most impressive was how they packed the truck of awkward pieces so perfectly so that all had arrived safely. Kenway Moving did a really nice job for us!

Solid team, pretty organized, and the pricing is fair. I would use Kenway again if needed. We simply took the furniture of a 2 bedroom house from a previous home to a 3 bedroom house with a pickup of storage along the way. The work was done timely. Men did stop for fuel along the way which I didn’t care for, but it was 30 minutes and they ended up not billing for. Shrink wrap being $26 per roll, might consider purchasing my own. All in all good quality for the work done and cost of it. Pleased as could be ultimately.

Our family contacted Kenway Moving and Storage a month prior to the moving date to be certain we had all ducks in a row in advance. These guys were helpful and courteous sending out an estimator in advance to give our family a complete breakdown of charges associated along with tips on how to make the moving day easy.

On the actual moving day there were no surprises. We had a good hardworking crew that was properly equipped with the necessary tools and dollies. All in all it was a very smooth day with Kenway Moving. I hope not to move again anytime soon, but when we need to, they will get the call.

We called on these guys to assist with a 10x20 we needed moved from a long time family storage locker to our new build. Our largest concern was being certain we had the right professionals hired so our new wood floors were not damaged and our new walls were not marked.

We interviewed quite a few companies, but decided on these guys. Sure glad we had. They used rosin paper to cover most of our floors runways, plastic for the new carpet, and thick moving blankets for the banisters. Literally all was moved into the correct place with minimal to none signs of ever having moved it.

Greatly helpful we’re these men. Awesome on everything this time around.

We had quite a puzzle to figure out when we found we needed to move a basement full of totes and boxes. A basement that felt like it never was going to end. On top of that we had a full two car garage packed tight of more boxes and totes. Not to mention the full set of furniture we had within the house.

After calling Kenway Moving they were truly able to simplify the entire process. Took care of the entire deal in one day and made it as simple as possible for us.

Interviewing movers came to be tedious as nearly every company promised us the world. What made Kenway Moving stand out among the crowd was their work in not only obtaining us as clients, but also the several references they had given us as to the quality of their service.

Every reference I had phoned prior to booking service said hands down they would recommend Kenway Moving and reuse if needed. This gave us a great deal of confidence when actually scheduling with Kenway Moving.

Moving is almost always a pain. Coordinating the truck, the help, the endless packing. Nobody enjoys moving and it always takes ALOT longer than anticipated.

This time we decided to give Kenway Moving a ring. Sure enough the initial phone call took about thirty minutes, but after discussing what we needed done with their office, all else was taken care of. We scheduled a month in advance to be certain we got the correct date.

The day of the actual move, Kenway Moving sent out three men and a moving truck as promised. The job was done in all of six hours. Mind you this is a job that would have taken myself and friends well over a week to accomplish with several trips on a rented truck. A+ markings for Kenway Moving.

Kenway Moving was on point from start to finish. I had scheduled my estimate for 8AM on a Monday. Sure enough I had an estimator at the door knocking at 7:59AM ready to give us a thorough estimate. The estimator Scott spent an hour at our address assuring us that all would be handled professionally and inventorying our pieces.

We were extremely impressed by Scott and Mark in the office, so we decided to schedule a date of service. They promised the crew would bring Ram Board and mattress bags. As promised, the crew brought Ram Board and mattress bags.

As they walked into each room, each room had sufficient protection within minutes. Doorways and banisters were also protected thoroughly. Thankfully we had an awesome experience all around with Kenway Moving and will no question be recommending them to others.

Punctuality best describes our experience with Kenway Moving. We made it extremely clear that we needed the movers on site no later than 9 am. We had an extremely strict time table we needed to follow to see our offices were moved by deadline. Sure enough Kenway Moving pulled through and we were able to resume business as normal that very next day.

I was impressed with the attention to detail we received from Kenway Moving. NO question my mover of choice from here forward.
